Wow a beautiful toddler and a very handsome man, well done ma and pa!
Twenty years ago, hmm….Good God, I think I was holed up in South Dakota or I had just gotten back, pfft, 20 years ago , ugh. I feel exactly the same - bewildered.
What a darling boy and a handsome man. My son turned 20 this past February, yeah I gotta say having a 20yo made me feel older! We would have been young mums at the same time. Hasn't it flown by!
I thought Canada was more civilised with its drinking laws? I remember crossing over to London, Ontario when I was at school in Detroit as the drinking laws were less crazy than the US....
Yay! Well done you! There's nothing like children to make one aware of the passing of time.... I should probably have started earlier with the procreating thing. I feel ancient to have such young children!
I went to the ultimate frisbee tournament and saw the guys playing. I am now afraid of what my daughter may drag home one day. Tyler is a good'un, he'll fall hard when the right one comes along.

See, I am remembering when I was 20. And now he's 20. And now I need lunch then a nap. Why do I feel so old?!
DeleteOh I should have married young and had family, I could have had 30 year olds by now!
DeleteWhat a handsome son you have! Happy birthday, Tyler! You deserve a present too though, as you pushed him out on this very day!
ReplyDeleteSomehow I was actually made to have babies. Both births were quick and fairly easy.
DeleteHappy Birthday to your son! You can be proud!
ReplyDeleteBtw. i like your Hermes bracelet. I havent taken mine of a.single.day. since i got mine in Paris last september.
Thanks! He is a wonderful young man.

ReplyDeleteMy mother swears you are not officially old until your child turns 50. We have a way to go...my sis turns 50 in May. Sorry Mom.
DeleteHappy Birthday to your son!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, he has a test today and a test Friday. I am sure he will celebrate this week end.
DeleteHappy Birthday Tyler!!! He is almost legal to drink (I am sure since he is your son he is waiting patiently...)
ReplyDeleteSyd will be 22 in February. Time flies....

Yeah, right. I still struggle with the "they can go to war at 18 but can't drink until 21". I celebrated a bit for him last night.

Teenage daughters are the real issue. You just pretty much give up the spotlight…there is no competing.
DeleteHappy Birthday to your gorgeous young man! Wow, I feel positively ancient, my son just turned 32. How did that happen?
ReplyDeleteYou must have started at 15 :)
DeleteNot only is he great looking, he looks to be a good guy. Happy birthday to the young man and good job to the mom and dad. You must be so proud!
ReplyDeleteHe has always been my bundle of joy. Fun, easy going, talkative, and loving.
DeleteNow he looks like a lovable cute guy! Good job!! I worry about the guys these days as described by my girls. This is a good'un!!!
