My beautiful boy passed away last night.
We buried him underneath his favorite tree this morning.

      Thank you baby. Blind sided by this. He must have had a stroke or heart attack in the middle of the night. The sadness and loss are very much worth the joy and love he gave to me and my family.

    I'm so sorry Teresa!!! When my pup Bandit died, I cried like a little girl and was devastated for a week. I know you miss that wet nose but you gave him a nice home and lots of love so he did well for himself.

    I am so very sorry, as an avid animal lover, this just has to be the hardest part of the journey with these small furry people, he had such soulful eyes. I truly believe our love for our pets is as pure as love gets, yes we feed them, walk them, but it goes much deeper because its unconditional, us humans have a lot to learn from them. My heart is with you.

      He was only about ten. Can only believe he died quickly and relatively painlessly. I do find comfort in that.

    I'm so sorry what a terrible shock. Peanut was clearly loved to bits and I bet he gave it back tenfold. Dogs are like that, precious creatures and absolute members of the family.

    OMG. I'm so sorry! There is never an easy time to loose our furry loves. They're loyalty and total devotion to us, make their loss crushing. I lost my Finn, at this time last year. Ripped my heart to shreds.
